Refunds policy

Refund and Returns Policy: Forage Farm Shop & Kitchen

 

Items purchased in store:

Fresh produce:  Where a customer has purchased items in-store and had an opportunity to inspect those items prior to, or at the point of, purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange the items in question. This includes, but is not limited to, meat, vegetables and baked goods.

Non-perishable / dry goods:  Where a customer has purchased items in-store but did not have an opportunity to inspect those items prior to, or at the point of, purchase, whether due to packaging or otherwise, a refund may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • the items in question are returned within 7 days of purchase;
  • when returning the items, satisfactory evidence is provided that they are not as described or not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality; and
  • the customer provides satisfactory evidence that he/she was the individual who purchased the item.

 

Items purchased in online:

Fresh produce:  For items purchased online, customers are encouraged to inspect the goods and flag any quality concerns at the point of collection or delivery. Where this is not possible, a refund can be offered in the following circumstances:

  • the items in question are returned within 3 days of collection / delivery;
  • when returning the items, satisfactory evidence is provided that they are not as described or not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality; and
  • the customer provides satisfactory evidence that he/she was the individual who purchased the item.

For customers unable to visit the store in person, clear photographic evidence regarding the above shall be acceptable.
